2. For periods shorter than 1 week: minimum period is 3 nights. Price is proportional to 1 week price.

3. If the number of the House guests exceeds 4, additional payment of 70 Euro per person per week is required, starting the 5th guest.

4. If the number of the Loft guests exceeds 2, additional payment of 70 Euro per person per week is required, starting the 3rd guest.

5. A discount of 10% will be given for rent period longer than 7 days.

6. During the months of November to March, additional heating expences will be charged.
